In a filter side by side the zerno was considerably cleaner, sweeter, and had a brighter acidity compared to the ditting kf804 and Verslab. It makes really nice clean crisp filter. For epsresso I haven’t noticed much difference yet between the Verslab, zerno, and ssp HU 98mm, with that said all three are tasting very good for espresso. Can’t believe I’m dropping this kind of cash on a grinder but I really want something totally different than the Sette 270 that I’ve been using.
