I have each one, and can offer the following list of differences: Macro module weighs 72g/2.35 oz, a WC Module with the weight kit weighs 93g/3.03 oz (48g/1.56 oz without the weights) Macro module has a Pic rail. Macro module mag release is longer with a ribbed surface. Both have rudimentary molded-in Mag wells.The xmacro tac ops or comp is arguably the best carry gun out there. Balance between size, shootability and capacity. How thin it is makes such a big difference to me when carrying compared to similar length/height guns. For a carry gun I'd do the newer xmacro vs tac ops if you don't want the comp.I think the width makes the P320 an easier platform to shoot and the AXG module (in my carry size) a real joy. In my opinion the P320 X-Compact is the perfect size for carry and shootability. But when I need real concealment the P365X gets the nod. But still working on the P365 X-Macro Tac-Ops. I found from those comparisons the comp does seem to affect the felt recoil, at least a bit and that I preferred the X Macro comp over my Shield Plus.The "comp" isn't very effective. We're talking about something that only gets gassed a tiny bit before the barrel blocks the comp as the slide reciprocates.
