The customer service was actually OK through the experience; RCN comped me multiple months of service because it was borderline unusable. Verizon is a little pricey but extremely reliable for me. They also run fiber to your house vs. RCN which runs fiber to your neighborhood and coaxial cable to your house. I will be sticking with Verizon.
