Puffco red and white flashing

Title says it all. After cleaning for the first time in a long time my puffco is now flashing red and white without even having the atomizer screwed on. Does this mean I’ve broken the ccell? Is there any kind of easy fix for this? Or am I shit out of luck? I’ve tried screwing the newly cleaned and dried atomizer multiple times now.
