There is some problem with cloud sync on Medved Taiga map with my save. Basically whenever I restart Steam, it resyncs with the cloud and reset all my outposts and discovered outlook points. Although completed missions stay unchanged. I'd like to reset my progress ONLY on Medved Taiga so I can have a clean start. My progress on this map …

To start of restart the game, maybe change the map. If that doesn't work, then try to do some "tests" just go around pick up a Outpost, change maps using the map in the pause menu, then log off and leave the game.
