The fact is that Isobel commits suicide. She does everything to die faster, which I could not know in my first run. Also the cutscene triggers as soon as she dies despite (in my first run without save-scum) I literally surrounded Marcus(he had 10 hp :/) with lots of summons.
Took me 3 tries and 45 minutes on balanced but I finally saved her! I play Warlock with Wyll, Karliah and Lazael, Hit him with a Tashas Hideous Laughter, then I kept punting him back and away from Isobel with eldritch blasts from PC and Wyll and let Karliah and Lazael sic him till he died! Not easy but so worth it!
